Notes:Adam: This songs about the pressures of the world building up about you and wanting to just hide away from it. Get some time on my own to reflect and stop being stressed out. I think it kind of came out of living in a shared house, being skint and in debt, coming down from several years of partying a bit too hard and reaching that point when every little thing that people around you do starts to become significant and potentially irritating. Life was a whirlwind of pubs, gigs, clubs and parties and I started living day by day with credit cards and loans because my job wasn't paying enough, or I wasn't going in enough! ??

There comes a time when you are putting things off until tomorrow that tomorrow comes and you have to start addressing the issues and sort yourself out. Try to stop spending all your money on leisure. Leaving home and becoming an 'adult' can be a painful process, kids!!! We are destined to make any number of silly mistakes and it's important to sort them out rather than just ignoring them and getting petulant, stressed and angry at the world. Take positive action instead of turning into a miserable bastard, stop spending and start saving... oh, and if you can avoid 'credit'. It's not free money; it's money you have to pay back, with interest! If you can't afford to pay it back you're fucked. Oh, yeah, overdraft's! They're not fun either. Living your life in the minuses is not cool. ??
